Job summary

Global Recruitment SA seeks experienced Business Developers – SETA to drive growth in the corporate training and higher education sector across South Africa. You will build strategic partnerships, engage with HR and SDFs, and expand a robust sales pipeline.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in business development or corporate sales, with a track record of meeting targets and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the corporate training and skills development sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, employers, and key stakeholders.
• Promote SETA-funded programmes, learnerships, short courses, and higher education offerings.
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships.
• Engage with Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs), HR departments, and decision-makers.
• Conduct presentations, consultations, and information sessions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and exhibitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Stay informed on SETA funding opportunities and industry developments.
