Global Recruitment SA is seeking a Business Developer – SETA to expand its corporate and skills development footprint across South Africa. The role includes developing partnerships with employers, promoting learnerships, and identifying SETA funding opportunities.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in business development, strong networking and negotiation skills, and knowledge of SETAs and related legislation. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' business development experience.
• Experience within the skills development or training industry.
• Knowledge of SETAs, learnerships and skills development legislation.

Responsabilités

• Develop corporate partnerships.
• Promote learnerships and skills development programmes.
• Identify SETA funding opportunities.
• Engage with employers regarding Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs).
• Build relationships with Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs).
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Meet business development and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with SETA requirements.
