Job summary

Supergroup in Cape Town (Remote) is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and act as the bridge between clients and our delivery teams. You will oversee project briefs, coordinate creative output, and discuss performance metrics to link results to business outcomes.

The role blends creative and performance marketing, requiring strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving. Flexible working arrangements and clear opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Calm and professional when handling feedback and challenging conversations.
• Good understanding of paid social, organic social, PPC, and creative production.
• Comfortable discussing campaign performance and marketing metrics with clients.
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong working relationships.
• Manage the flow of work between clients and internal teams from briefing through to delivery.
• Coordinate creative revisions and translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction.
• Stay close to campaign performance and communicate results confidently with clients.
• Connect creative decisions back to campaign performance and business objectives.
• Keep projects on track, within scope, and delivered on time.
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain accurate project updates within the project management system.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
