Job summary

RELX in Durban is seeking an Account Executive to support growth and client retention across our Middle East portfolio. You will build strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations, focusing on value, adoption, and expansion.

You will conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and collaborate with Success, Marketing and Product teams to deliver a consistent client experience, monitor health, renewals, and forecast; remote portfolio management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience welcomed.
Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an advantage but not required.
Experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS context.
Proficient with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts with retention and revenue growth.
Develop and execute account plans to support renewals and expansion.
Build consultative relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead regular client meetings and product demonstrations to show value.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and Product to ensure a positive client experience.
Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks.
Manage renewal cycles and keep pipeline forecast accurate.
Provide market insights to support regional growth initiatives.
