Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an Account Executive to support growth and client retention across our Middle East portfolio. You will build long-term relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations, focusing on value, solution adoption, and expansion opportunities.

You will manage renewals, lead account planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent client experience. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience welcomed.
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an advantage but not required.
• Experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS or related environment (e.g., legal, compliance, or professional services).
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding retention and account growth objectives.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
• Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations to highlight value and encourage deeper adoption.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience.
• Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Contribute market insights and identify opportunities that support regional growth initiatives.
