Perspective Pictures, a London-based creative production company, is hiring a Marketing & Content Manager to own our marketing from Cape Town, collaborating with our UK team.

You'll steer LinkedIn, case studies, website, and email marketing, with growth into SEO, Instagram and video content; initially contractor with long-term opportunities. The role offers creative freedom, remote work, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• An exceptional writer who turns updates into engaging content.
• 3+ years in content or brand marketing.
• Experience writing LinkedIn content for leaders.
• Strong creative instincts for storytelling across text, image and video.
• Experience with CMSs such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing and growth.
• Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Confident communicating with remote teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable collaborating with a UK team.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging LinkedIn posts and company updates.
• Develop a consistent brand voice with the founder.
• Turn projects into compelling case studies and marketing materials.
• Plan and manage a LinkedIn publishing calendar.
• Create and showcase case studies on website and marketing channels.
• Keep website fresh with new content and case studies.
• Write and distribute a monthly marketing newsletter; manage email campaigns.
• Coordinate SEO strategy and work with a Cape Town-based agency.
• Grow social channels (Instagram, TikTok) over time; manage freelance video editors.
• Oversee end-to-end content creation from concept to publication.
