Placements24 is seeking a creative Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives on a fully remote basis, supporting operations in East London. You will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy designed to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.

You will oversee the creation of high-quality content across formats, manage the editorial calendar, and ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling written and visual content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution channels, and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency with CMS, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated content marketing strategy that supports business goals and drives lead generation and customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation of diverse content formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media updates.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely production and distribution of content across relevant channels.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) and external contributors to produce compelling and accurate content.
• Analyze content performance metrics, track engagement, and use data to refine content strategy and improve marketing outcomes.
