MANPOWER Group in the Western Cape seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage finished goods warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy. You will oversee order administration, picking, dispatch and customer deliveries while coordinating loading activities and FIFO compliance.

The role requires leadership of warehouse staff, adherence to food safety and GMP standards, and ongoing drive for process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field advantageous.
• 3–4 years' experience in warehouse, stores, supply chain or finished goods.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control and dispatch operations.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales order administration, order picking, dispatch, and customer deliveries.


• Coordinate loading activities and ensure products are dispatched in accordance with customer requirements and FIFO principles.


• Conduct stock counts, investigate variances, and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Monitor storage conditions, cold chain requirements, and warehouse layout optimisation.


• Drive compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, health, and safety standards.


• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational and performance targets.


• Manage team performance, training, attendance, and employee relations matters.


• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification.


• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Stock Control, or a related field advantageous.


• 3-4 years' relevant experience in a warehouse, stores, supply chain, or finished goods environment.


• Supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.


• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, dispatch operations, and supply chain principles.


• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
