Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Oversee sales order administration, order picking, dispatch and customer deliveries.
• Coordinate loading activities and ensure FIFO dispatch in line with customer requirements.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate variances and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor storage conditions and enforce GMP, food safety, health and safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff and manage performance.

• Coordinate loading activities and ensure products are dispatched in accordance with customer requirements and FIFO principles.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Stock Control, or a related field advantageous.
• 3-4 years' relevant experience in a warehouse, stores, supply chain, or finished goods environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, dispatch operations, and supply chain principles.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Oversee sales order administration, order picking, dispatch, and customer deliveries.

• Manage team performance, training, attendance, and employee relations matters.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventative actions.
