Job summary

Multotec (Pty) Ltd in Middelburg, MP, South Africa is seeking a Storeman to manage stores operations, ensure accurate stock control and timely dispatch of materials. You will handle receiving, storage, labeling and issue of goods with strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Requirements include Grade 12, 2 years in a store role, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro or Sage. Forklift licence is advantageous and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric with experience in stores in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven inventory management and stock control experience.
• Experience receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials.

Responsibilities

• Implement efficient security, stock control and storage conditions for the company’s product lines.
• Coordinate the receipt and safety of goods coming through the stores.
• Goods are marked and labelled accurately.
• Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the right destinations and in the right quantities.
• Goods are packaged correctly as per departmental procedure.
• Stock levels in storage are monitored and relevant personnel advised of shortages.
