Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience at Storeman I level or in a similar stores/stock-control environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate stores activities within a branch.
• Experience using SAP Warehousing and basic MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the stores function within the branch.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of stores staff.
• Monitor stock in transit and ensure no unauthorised stock movements.
• Review weekly SAP-generated stock orders and adjust per branch needs.
• Source additional stock from Head Office or other branches when required.
• Capture and post physical stock counts on SAP.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies identified during counts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all stock movements are processed.
