Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to guide teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Experience governing system delivery, risk controls and incident management.
• Ability to coach, train and drive user adoption across stores.
• Proven coordination of vendors, stakeholders and service providers.
• Understanding of IT service management and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and escalate system issues, ensure timely resolution.
• Act as escalation point for business-critical system matters and coordinate responses.
• Lead delivery, governance and continuous improvement of store systems.
• Coordinate readiness, training and adoption activities for accurate system usage.
• Manage implementation, enhancements and go‑live of technology systems across areas.
