Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Oversee stock management, receive, unpack, merchandise, and stockroom upkeep.
• Analyse sales and profitability reports to plan action and boost sales.
• Lead and develop store team, recruit, coach, and manage performance.
• Implement head office innovations and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
