Job summary

You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimise performance, support field installations, and provide technical guidance for deployments. The role enforces change management and security policies and mentors junior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices.
• Experience coordinating with IT teams and vendors is preferred.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Mentors junior staff and supports knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade mission-critical applications and hardware.
• Monitor system integrity, verify hardware and network availability, and ensure backups/restores/patches run as scheduled.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to optimise performance and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with change management and security policies; conduct risk assessments.
