Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a Branch Manager in South Africa to own and optimize overall store performance, including sales, profitability, service and visual merchandising. You will lead daily operations, drive promotions, and ensure stock accuracy and compliance.

You will recruit, coach and assess store staff, run regular performance discussions, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualificações

• Matric certificate required.
• 3–6 years of retail experience.
• Strong problem solving, leadership, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily sales, monitor budgets, and optimize profitability.
• Implement visual merchandising and run promotions.
• Recruit, coach and assess store staff; conduct regular reviews.
• Manage cash, stock counts, shrinkage, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and monitor CRM/reviews.
