Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales via customer experience processes and promotions to meet targets.
• Lead and coach store team to achieve KPIs and operational goals.
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised and replenished.
• Monitor stock levels, perform counts and loss-reduction actions.
• Maintain stockroom housekeeping and comply with procedures.
