Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet store targets and customer service standards.
• Oversee stock management, including receiving, unpacking, replenishment and stockroom housekeeping.
• Conduct compliance checks and enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage customer experience processes and visual standards to maintain high service levels.
• Lead, coach and develop team performance to achieve KPIs and implement head office innovations.
