Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of retail trade and operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet and exceed store targets and customer service standards.
• Drive sales through customer experience processes, promotions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to store associates to upskill the team.
• Manage stock receiving, merchandising and stock counts to mitigate losses and ensure availability.
