Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the store meets its targets, customer service standards and brand expectations.

You will drive stock management, loss prevention, and visual standards while coaching a team to deliver strong sales results and a superior customer experience. A Grade 12 and relevant retail leadership experience are required, with a focus on budgeting and retail knowledge.

Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail store management capacity.
• Knowledge on sales & service management.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily store operations to meet targets, innovation initiatives, and customer service standards.
• Oversee stock receiving, unpacking, replenishment and stockroom housekeeping to prevent stock loss.
• Analyse sales and profitability reports to guide operational plans and optimize store performance.
• Drive training, coaching and development for the store team and manage performance per company policies.
• Implement head office innovations to enhance customer experience and in-store processes.
