Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver service excellence in the KwaZulu-Natal region. You will report to the Area Manager and drive sales, profitability and brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing merchandising, staff development, scheduling, and compliance, while ensuring a superior customer experience and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%)
• Essential: B. Degree or Diploma in retail / finance management, pharmacy or related (External applicants)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment or successful completion the Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct the store operations team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Drive and maximise sales; track daily, weekly and monthly targets and take corrective action.
• Manage in-store execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Ensure staffing levels align with labour policies and appoint/ develop staff.
• Maintain administrative duties including time/attendance and HR records.
