Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 with Maths and English at 50% minimum.
• B. Degree or Diploma in retail/finance management, pharmacy or related.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a store management role in retail/FMCG.
• Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, financial ratios).

Aufgaben

• Lead store operations to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Drive and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales plans and actions.
• Manage stock, expenses, shrinkage, housekeeping and admin.
• Execute in-store visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Coach and develop employees to build capacity and capability.
• Schedule staff according to labour policy and models.
