Job summary

Foschini in Sommerset East, Eastern Cape is seeking a Store Manager (45hr) to drive turnover, manage stock and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will implement merchandising standards, control expenses and develop staff through recruitment and performance management.

The role requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year of store leadership. You will promote a customer-centric culture and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve targets.
• Control expenses.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with Company standard.
• People management including recruitment, development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering our customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
