Foschini in Sommerset East, Eastern Cape is seeking a Store Manager (45hr) to drive turnover, manage stock and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will implement merchandising standards, control expenses and develop staff through recruitment and performance management.

The role requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year of store leadership. You will promote a customer-centric culture and operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
