Job summary

Cashbuild Store in Bethal is seeking an experienced Store Manager to protect and grow market share in line with company strategy. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, control costs, and ensure safety compliance at the store level.

Responsibilities include achieving sales budgets, driving customer service and loyalty, inventory management, OHSA compliance, and delivering a strong in-store experience aligned with the divisional plan.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with related retail management experience or 5+ years experience
• Must have well developed business acumen and leadership skills
• Must be computer literate (basic) and possess strong administrative skills
• Must have Health and Safety knowledge per OHSA and related country legislation

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage strategic store plans aligned with divisional strategy
• Grow transactions, sales and market share while achieving budgets
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain loyalty programmes
• Control assets, stock, shrinkage and store security
• Manage OHSA compliance and safety standards in-store
• Oversee human resources: manpower planning, development and employee relations
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, housekeeping and ready-for-business readiness
