Qualifications

• 5+ years of Store/Restaurant/Branch Management experience.
• Strong background in Fast Food, QSR, Restaurant or Retail.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sizeable team.
• Solid understanding of sales, stock control, food cost and profitability.
• Excellent people-management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, energetic and solutions-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Someone who takes ownership and accountability.

Responsabilités

• On the floor, leading from the front, coaching your team, monitoring numbers and making things happen.
