Staff Connection - Hospitality Recruitment and Executive Search is seeking an experienced FMCG Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy retail operation in Gauteng. This hands-on, highly organised leader sets the pace, drives standards, and motivates large teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the keyholder and face of the store, responsible for daily operations, stock control, customer experience and overall store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' Store Management experience within FMCG/grocery retail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams.
• Strong operational/floor management and stock control understanding.

A great retail store doesn't run itself - it needs a strong operator on the floor, setting the pace, driving standards, managing people, and ensuring every department performs at its best.

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy retail operation. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly organised, commercially aware, and confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is a floor-presence role where visibility, leadership, urgency, and accountability are essential.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability
• Matric essential
• Retail Management qualification advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and own transport essential
