This is a floor-presence role requiring urgency, accountability, and visible leadership to drive turnover and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of age with store management experience in FMCG/grocery retail.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive turnover and profitability.
• Strong stock control and operational knowledge with a hands-on leadership style.

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years
• Store Management experience within FMCG / grocery retail
• Experience within major retail grocery environments
• Strong operational and floor management ability
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams
• Excellent stock control and commercial understanding
• Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability
• Matric essential
• Retail Management qualification advantageous
• Valid drivers licence and own transport essential
