Job summary

The Staff Connection is seeking an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of daily FMCG retail operations. This role requires strong leadership, urgency, and accountability to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results on the shop floor.

You will oversee all departments, manage shifts, enforce standards, lead large teams, control stock, coordinate with suppliers, and drive turnover while ensuring a world-class customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' Store Management experience within FMCG / grocery retail.
• Experience within major retail grocery environments.
• Strong operational and floor management ability.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams.
• Excellent stock control and commercial understanding.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability.
• Matric essential.
• Retail Management qualification advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport essential.
