FMCG Store Manager

A great retail store doesn’t run itself — it needs a strong operator on the floor, setting the pace, driving standards, managing people, and ensuring every department performs at its best.

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy retail operation. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, highly organised, commercially aware, and confident leading from the front in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be the keyholder and face of the store, responsible for daily operations, staff performance, customer experience, and overall store success.

The Role
