P&L is seeking a General Assistant to support external applications at Vahlave. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient customer service, stocking merchandise, labeling shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key duties include assisting customers, processing questions, handling add-on sales, and ensuring safe loading of purchases. The candidate must be reliable, communicate in English and local languages, and be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Grade 12 or 1 year of related work experience.
• Good English and local language communication.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive customer service in-store.
• Load and merchandise stock, label shelves and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist customers with product queries and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure purchases are loaded promptly and safely for customers.
• Keep aisles clean, stocked and correctly labeled.
