Cape Union Mart Group is seeking an experienced retail manager to drive in-store performance and employee development. You will build and train a high-performing team, interpret business trends and customer feedback to optimize operations and training.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the store, maximizing turnover and profit, reducing shrinkage, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading talent acquisition, coaching and engagement while aligning with company culture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management retail experience.
• Matric or Equivalent.
• Microsoft - Computer Proficiency.
• Clear Criminal record.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• EE candidates will be given preference.
