Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a Branch Manager to own and drive the store’s total performance. You will lead daily sales strategies, manage budgets, oversee merchandising, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

You will build and coach a strong team, run monthly reviews, monitor training (Axonify), and control stock and shrinkage. A matric certificate and 3–6 years of retail leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required for candidates.
• 3 to 6 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, with entrepreneurial thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and profitability while maintaining store standards.
• Lead visual merchandising and floor execution, manage campaigns and daily briefings.
• Recruit, develop and retain store talent; conduct regular performance reviews and training.
• Manage in-store administration, cash handling, stock counts, shrinkage, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer issues on the floor and monitor reviews and CRM reports.
