You will manage vehicle preparations for loading and online auctions, tag keys, capture data in Salesforce, and ensure 360° vehicle images are completed. If you are detail-driven and proactive, this position offers opportunities to work with customers, assessors, and investigators while upholding

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with stock control or vehicle preparation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timeous preparation of vehicles for loading and online auctions.
• Manage vehicle keys (tagging daily and capturing on Salesforce)
• Ensure 360° vehicle images are completed
• Correctly mark vehicles as starters and load non-starter comments
• Verify vehicle codes and year models against NATIS documents
• Escalate discrepancies or issues to management immediately
• Upload all vehicles received and stocked via the mobile app within 24 hours
• Ensure windows are closed or wrapped where required
• Allocate stock stickers daily
• Assist customers, clients, assessors, and investigators when needed
• Safely remove and store customer personal items
