Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Cape Town Foreshore is seeking a Steward to support our culinary team and uphold top hygiene standards. You will maintain clean dishes, keep the kitchen tidy, and assist with equipment storage, under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, etc. for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel.
• Maintains a clean kitchen environment.
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and stored correctly
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices
• Completes work projects as assigned by Senior Manager
