Job summary

Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our Kitchen Team and uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You will help maintain clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans for the kitchen and all hotel outlets, while keeping the workspace orderly and hygienic.

With a positive attitude, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure, you will contribute to a smooth service and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, etc. for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel.
