Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor for our Cape Town Foreshore property. You will manage the night audit, reconcile daily revenue and payments, and support the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, guest interaction, and the delivery of high-quality service during night hours. Previous night audit experience is advantageous, and EMMA System knowledge is a plus.

As a Night Auditor, you bring a heightened sense of responsibility, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a dedication to ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience to our dynamic night team.

• You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
• Perform the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, including room revenue, cash handling, and credit card payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and financial statements
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction during overnight hours.
