Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the team. This role requires ensuring accurate night-time financial reconciliation, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining smooth front office operations during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform the night audit process and reconcile daily financial transactions.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints during overnight hours.
• Ensure a seamless and secure guest experience on the night shift.
• Support front office operations and guest journey with professionalism.

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore. At Radisson Hotel Group we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Night Auditor, you bring a heightened sense of responsibility, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a dedication to ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience to our dynamic night team.

It’s not just about check-in and check-out during night hours; it’s about everything in-between

• You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
• Perform the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, including room revenue, cash handling, and credit card payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and financial statements
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction during overnight hours.

• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
• EMMA System experience will be advantageous
