You will map current state processes, design future state workflows, lead change initiatives, develop training materials, and monitor outcomes with key metrics for clients in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities for effective collaboration in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Map current state business processes and identify areas for improvement using analytical tools.
• Design and document future state processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the implementation of process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to embed new processes within client organizations.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, reporting on key metrics for clients in the Western Cape.
