Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in business process improvement, operational consulting, or lean/six sigma projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes, workflows, and metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and document optimized business processes, incorporating best practices and technology solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for process improvements, including change management strategies.
• Measure and report the impact of implemented process changes on key performance indicators.
