Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement robust process improvement strategies, leveraging best practices and innovative methodologies.
• Collaborate with client teams to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Design and document new process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process improvements, demonstrating tangible business value.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
