Placements24 is seeking a proactive Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their Bloemfontein office. The role involves diagnosing inefficiencies, designing optimized workflows, and implementing sustainable improvements within a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with clients in the Free State region to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance while growing professionally in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations improvement, or consulting.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes across client functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for optimization.
• Design and recommend improved processes using lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Develop implementation plans and support clients through change.
• Measure and report on the impact of improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather process requirements and communicate best practices.
