• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Design and document improved business processes aligned with goals and best practices.
• Implement process changes with client stakeholders and provide training as needed.
• Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
