Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Strategy Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement in Centurion, Gauteng. You will partner with clients to analyze operational inefficiencies, redesign core processes, and implement sustainable solutions to boost productivity and profitability.

In this role you will lead cross-functional workshops, leverage data analytics, and drive continuous improvement across multiple industries within South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in business process analysis or operational consulting.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to model complex processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with process-mapping tools and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimized process designs using best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and drive re-engineering.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide expert guidance on operational excellence and lean principles.
