Placements24 is seeking a skilled Management Consultant to join our Stellenbosch team for business process re-engineering. You will lead diagnostic efforts, design future state processes, and guide on-site implementations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

You will work closely with client teams, map current processes, and develop actionable implementation plans with change management strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client collaboration in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Map current state business processes and identify critical pain points and areas for improvement.
• Design future state process models incorporating best practices and technological advancements.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for process re-engineering initiatives, including change management strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and performance gaps.
• Train and support client teams during the transition to new process frameworks.
