Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience with functional testing, automation, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality software solutions.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC and related testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile team members to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define test plans, test cases, and test strategies for software, firmware, hardware, and integrated systems.
• Lead QA activities across projects and provide technical guidance to QA engineers and development teams.
• Drive development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and verify functionality and performance.
• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with developers.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and automation.
• Define processes and oversee work of other QA/test engineers.
