Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Software Quality Engineer.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and TestRail.
• Experience with functional testing, automation, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies for software, firmware, hardware, and integrated systems.
• Lead QA activities across multiple projects and guide QA engineers and dev teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and regression tests.
• Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and verify functionality.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and automation.
• Define processes and oversee work of other QA/test engineers.
