Placements24 seeks a meticulous Sports Event Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of sporting events around Nelspruit. You will coordinate budgets, venues, vendors, staffing and on-site logistics to ensure safety and participant satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and conduct post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing sports or large-scale public events.
• Ability to manage complex budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills; certification is a plus.
