The role requires strong logistics, leadership, and ability to coordinate with security, medical services, sponsors, media, and volunteers to ensure events run smoothly from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sports event management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage large-scale events.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and project management tools.

• Manage all operational aspects of sports events, including venue selection, layout, and setup.
