Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Sponsorship Sales professional based in South Africa. You will build valuable advertising partnerships for a finance-focused podcast, reaching investors and traders through episodes and cross-platform presence.

You will own the sponsorship sales process from prospecting through negotiation to renewal, working fully remotely on a commission-based model with uncapped earning potential.

Formación

• Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, or commercial partnerships.
• Established contacts within financial services or ability to reach decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage partnerships through negotiation and renewals.
• Fluent German with excellent written and spoken skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage sponsorship partnerships and identify opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential advertising and sponsorship partners.
• Present the podcast and channels to prospective partners and close sponsorship packages.
• Manage relationships post-signing and drive renewals.
• Gather partner feedback to improve sponsorship offerings.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to renewal.
