Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy based in the coastal city of Mossel Bay, Western Cape , is seeking a driven and specialized Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the technology sector. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and staying ahead of trends in the fast-paced tech industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including software development, data science, IT support, and cybersecurity.
• Source and attract high-quality IT professionals through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the technology sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, with a specialization in the technology sector.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and the tech job market.
• Experience with various recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with both technical candidates and business leaders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with the Western Cape's tech landscape, especially around Mossel Bay , is advantageous.
• A relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology or Human Resources is a plus.
